I can help you to navigate through life's challenges. I have experience providing guidance on emotional issues, self care & healing, self-confidence building, stress reduction, and more. I am dedicated to helping you achieve inner peace and happiness. These sessions will include 1 or more of the following: 1. Goal Setting 2. Connecting you to your higher self 3. Guided meditations 4. Mindfulness Based Art Therapy 5. Self esteem building exercises 6. Shadow Work for childhood trauma I am a certified life coach and do not hold a medical degree. I will always recommend you see a therapist to help you with psychiatric/mental health issues and am happy to work along side your medical professional. *Please note: If I feel your issues are not within my capabilities to help you I will require you to see a medical professional and discontinue any sessions until you are being treated by such.
