1st Reiki Session - Virtual

Service Description

Your first time Reiki Session appointment is for us to have more time to talk to you about what reiki is and how I do it. We will have time to discussion you goals for your healing sessions and to ask me questions. Reiki Energy Healing is a process of balancing and realigning energy flow (the chakras) that has been disrupted by stress, pain, and/or illness. The process eliminates blockages in the energy field so that you are in an optimal state for healing to occur. In a Reiki Energy Healing session, I begin with a centering process to calm the mind, access a sense of compassion, and become fully present with you. I then focus my intention on your highest good and place my hands lightly on your body at the 7 major chakra points. Additionally, if needed to aggressively clear your auric field by making sweeping motions above your body and smudging the cleared negative energy with Paleo Santos, or White Sage. If the smoke from smudging bothers you please let me know and I can use my own home made smudge spray. Included in this type of session I will do a before and after assessment of your chakra's to give you a better understanding of what happens when I perform a Reiki Healing Session. Additionally, if you choose to have additional Reiki Healing sessions we will be able to chart a progression of how your chakra's are functioning over a period of time.
